CUSO-VSO shares the world’s grief and shock at the devastating earthquake that shook the very foundation of Haiti on January 12th. The quake has brought almost unimaginable devastation to a country already struggling with poverty and economic despair.
CUSO-VSO does not work in Haiti, but encourages Canadians and Americans to support emergency relief efforts in the short-term and sustainable reconstruction efforts in the long-term through other reputable humanitarian and development organizations.
